About the Marra Forni Neapolitan
The Neapolitan is made from bricks imported directly from Italy. Marra Forni’s proprietary refractory bricks produce efficient heat absorption and retention which leads to consistent cooking. The versatility of the Marra Forni Neapolitan allows you to make handcrafted artisanal pizzas, sizzling proteins, and fire roasted vegetables in seconds!
A “plug and play” ventilation system makes installation an easy process. The easy to clean static cooking deck is 41.4 square feet and can cook three 8″ pizzas at a time. The unit’s stand is made of heavy-duty steel. The Neapolitan can also be configured to a custom trailer for a mobile kitchen experience.
